1) Introduction and main terms

1.1) By clicking Register you aggree with all content of our Terms of Service (TOS).

2) Registration and activity

2.1) You could have only one account per one person even one IP address.

2.3) Every just try to cheat, hack or attack our system is strictly denied.
2.4) Every try to hide your real IP (proxy, anonymizers) for every reason is denied.
2.5) Your e-mail is only way to contact you, so all important news are sent via e-mail.

3) Publishers' Terms of Service

3.1) Never place advertisements on websites with adult content, illegal content (warez), and other unacceptable sites like nazism or racism webs.
3.2) Visitors must be able to click banner, so never block it by layers, never hide it in iFrames or Image tags. Use your banners only in top half of your website.
3.3) Use them only on places, where it is 100% visible and never use it near something, that could affect visual meaning of banner.
3.4) Never use any autoclicking, autoviewing, autosurfing bots/scripts or autorefreshing meta tags, scripts or software. It is a cheat try and it belongs under TOS point 2.3.
3.5) Use maximum 1-2 banners per page on your website. More banners are not accepted.
3.6) Never use advertisement on non-content pages or websites with low content. If you use them in iframes, type under iframe an URL address, where is our code really placed.
3.7) Code of our banners could be changed only if administrator aggreed with your concrete change. Size of banners is strict and could not be changed.
3.8) Your website that contains our banners could not be active in any auto/manual-surfs that could lead uncomfortable visitors to your site.
3.9) Never use our code in systems that contains lots of popups, other banners or on some kind of PTP systems. Don't place banners on positions, where password or other VIP access is needed. We allow high-quallity CPM systems that really control their traffic.

4) Advertisers' Terms of Service

4.1) Your banner content and your promoted URL belongs under same rules, as Publisher's webs (TOS point 3.1).
4.2) Only accepted banner size is 728 pixels of width, 60 pixels of height (size known as Leaderboard).
4.3) You couldn't add money into balance, you just exchange banner views balance to advertise or personally contact admin via e-mail to top-up your account.
4.4) Your banner campaign could be stopped or paused every time without any refunds.

5) Affiliates' Terms of Service

5.1) Referral is an account successfully registered by clicking your affiliate link.
5.2) You get bonus 10% of your downline's non-affiliate (promoting) money earning.
5.3) Your money move to your balance after your downline is successfully paid.
5.4) E-mails of your downline are hidden and you cannot contact them via Skycpm.com.
5.5) You cannot be downline of yourself. This point belongs under TOS point 2.1.
5.6) Visitors doesn't need upline to register. They could register every time without any invite.

6) Publishers' campaign success

6.1) We accept only higher quallity traffic confortable to our advertisers.
6.2) You are liable to have clickrate, compressions and purchases (clickrate higher than 0.1%, conversion rate higher than 0.2%).
6.3) If we find out your traffic as lower quallity, your balance could decrease or set to zero.
6.4) If we find out your traffic as higher quallity, your balance could raise because of bonuses.
6.5) Money in balances are not real money, but dollar points that makes about dollar after conversion. Dollar points has no valuation before they have been converted and paid.

7) SkyCPM verified definition

7.1) SkyCPM verified is not a premium. It is privilege to trustable users.
7.2) To be verified you never need to spend money from your balance.
7.3) You cannot be Verified by just having money in balance or pay it from real money.
7.4) To be verified, you have to be registered at least 25 days at SkyCPM.com, have at least 100,000 accepted views and at least one accepted payout. You need to have UNVERIFIED account status, so you need to have verified your activation e-mail, not be suspended even not be verified yet. You mustn't have broken any term, especially 2.1, 2.3 and terms that belongs under them (3.4 etc). Also you must pass TOS point 6.2 and pass all checking of 3.X terms.
7.5) Verified status could be changed to Suspended or Banned every time without warning and reason.

8) Real money conversion

8.1) Time to be paid is not exactly defined and depends on actual website status.
8.2) Every payment could be canceled without warning, with or without returning money into balance.
8.3) Minimum cashout is defined in FAQ section and it is dynamic. Cashout amounts are rounded down, so it is possible to request only $1, $2 etc.
8.4) Cashout processing time 8.5) Payments are always as soon as they could be and time doesn't depend on maximum amount written in TOS point 8.4.

9) Conclusions and sanctions

9.1) Each user account could be suspended every time if account breaks TOS or without reason.
9.2) Each user account could lose money (dollar points, TOS point 6.5) every time if account breaks TOS or without reason without notice.
9.3) Each user account could have stopped campaign or cashout request every time if account breaks TOS or without reason without notice.
9.4) All sanctions have a reason, but Skycpm.com is not liable to notify it to user. 9.5) User could not request any compensation. Skycpm has not any duty to send any compensations at all.
9.6) User it liable to pay sanctions If causes injury or If users has duplicate account. Sanctions are $3 plus total injury (if none, than $0).
